Junior Church

Children and young people are always welcome at St. George’s. For the very little ones there is a play area at the back of the church, with toys for them to play with.

For the under-sevens there is Sunday School in the Memorial Hall during the 9.45am service on the second and fourth Sunday of each month. The children join the rest of the congregation in church for the Communion, when they are invited to come forward for a blessing.

The young people from 11-16+ meet once a month, either in the Memorial Hall or in somebody’s home. Their activities include games (indoor and outdoor), talks by interesting people, barbecues, discussions, videos etc, etc! You don’t need to attend church to take part. Come and bring your friends.
